Generally speaking, magnesium oil isn’t one of the first things people think about when it comes to improving their health naturally. However, this little-known oil holds a whole host of health benefits.

The usual sources of magnesium include leafy greens (spinach), nuts, seeds, and whole grains. While it’s certainly important to eat these and try to get magnesium in your diet, the use of a magnesium oil supplement can help people who might not be able to eat nuts due to allergies (nuts that contain magnesium include almonds, cashews, peanuts, and coconuts).

The needs of children differ from adults, and as a person grows, their body requires greater amounts of magnesium and other nutrients. Pregnant women are also encouraged to increase their magnesium intake. Again, because it is absorbed poorly through oral intake, it could help a lot of people to use it in oil form.
