Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 9 medium red apples, cored and sliced
  • 3 cups sliced celery
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts
  • 3 tablespoons sugar

What You Need

  • Cutting board
  • Sharp knife
  • Large bowl
  • Small bowl
  • Measuring cups
  • Measuring spoons
  • Plastic wrap

How To Make It

  1. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sugar, lemon juice and salt. Mix until smooth.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the apples and celery.
  3. Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the apples and celery and toss until coated.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes. Just before serving, toss in the walnuts.
