  • 4 frozen peach slices
  • 1 large banana, peeled, placed in a resealable bag, and frozen
  • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened or fresh orange juice
  • 3/4 cup vanilla soymilk

What You Need

  • Measuring cups
  • Blender

How To Make It

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender. Process on low speed, increasing to high until blended, smooth and creamy. Add more juice if necessary to achieve the right consistency.
  2. Pour into two tall glasses and serve immediately.
