  • 3 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 8-ounce can low-sodium gluten-free cream of mushroom soup (not condensed)
  • 1 package taco seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup nonfat milk
  • 1 cup crushed gluten-free crackers (try Blue Diamond Nut Thins Country Ranch flavor)

What You Need

  • Measuring cups
  • Medium bowl
  • 8-x-11-inch baking dish
  • Large spoon
  • Aluminum foil

How To Make It

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in an 8-x-11-inch baking dish.
  3. In a medium bowl, stir together the soup, taco seasoning mix and milk. Spoon the mixture over the chicken.
  4. Sprinkle the chicken with crushed crackers.
  5. Cover the pan with foil and bake the chicken for 50 minutes. Enjoy!
