Banana Walnut “Ice Cream”

Ingredients

  • 1 large banana, cut into small pieces
  • 1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts

What You Need

  • Small dish or plate
  • Mini chopper
  • Blender or food processor
  • Measuring spoons
  • Spoon or rubber spatula
  • Small bowl

How To Make It

  1. Lay peeled banana pieces on a dish and freeze for 1 to 2 hours.
  2. Chop chocolate chips and walnuts into smaller pieces. Set aside in a small bowl.
  3. Once frozen, blend the banana, occasionally scraping down the sides of the blender, until an ice cream-like consistency is reached.
  4. Use chopped ingredients as an ice cream topping or add to blender and blend into the ice cream.
