Thyme Essential Oil Benefits, Uses and Side Effects

Thyme essential oil is extracted from the leaves of the Thymus plant, an aromatic perennial herbaceous plant that is native to Europe, Asia and parts of Africa. It is an evergreen shrub which will reach the height of around sixteen inches.
